My Dr. did a 20610 on the LT shoulder and LT knee. How do I bill it? It can not be the same as billing for both knees 20610 50 Unit 1 double price? Could it be 20610 LT & 20610 LT 76 ?

Instead of a "76" use "51" for multiple procedures.

Thank you guys. I'll give it a try with the 59 modifier in addition to the LT modifier. If I get pay I'll let you know. We have never billed for the Depo-medrol 40 mg/ml that the Dr. uses. Which CPT® should I use additionally for this Depo-medrol? Any modifier? Do I need to bill the same amount we paid for the med? Please help
