Billing for injection

Hello Everyone; Can someone let me know which CPT® code to bill for 2 injections administration. I have a patient that gets weekly injections for methotraxate and Enbrel, patient brings own medication. Thanks

I would try 96372 x 2 units + modifier "FB" (Item provided without cost to provider, supplier or practitioner)

I tried billing 2 units with FB modifer and got denied, any other suggestions on how to bill 2 injections administrations.
