Billing to Caresource

Please help me I have bill proc. code 29807 and 23412 with dx code 840.7
to Caresource Ins. and they denied it for the dx code not correct. Can you help me with the correct dx code to bill?

Your saying that the surgeon did a SLAP lesion repair and a rotary cuff repair as well? 840.7 is only for SLAP lesion.. you will need a different code on CPT® 23412. 726.1 .. could work.. if documented..
