Can anyone help me with writing contract for cardiology services with various insurance companies. I am billing for cardiologist and they have asked me to write contract with insurance companies. Can anyone provide me with sample.

This should really be done in consultation with a lawyer who specializes in these types of contracts, I would not be comfortable moving forward without that component.
