Blood in Mouth

Does anyone have any suggestion for a code for "blood in mouth'?
Patient has woken up 5 different times with blood in mouth, there has been no trauma, epistaxis and no lesions/sore were found either. I have search but have come up with nothing.
Any help would be appreciated.
