Deep Brain Stimulators - ASC

Can anyone please clarify the correct way to bill for bilateral deep brain stimulator battery pack replacement for an ASC to Medicare? It connects to a single array. Should it be 61885-50 or 61885 & 61885-59? If we bill with the -50, it's only 150% reimbursement.
