Need a CPT® code for fracture of sacrum with out manipulaion. Is there a CPT® Code (procedure) for this care?

Is the code you need for an "open" or "closed" fracture? What type of procedure was perfomed -treatment of, 27216 percutaneous skeletal fixation of.. ?
I am looking in the section 27193-27218. As a last resort you could bill 27299 unlisted procedure, pelvis or hip joint and send the notes with your claim.
