Hospitalist's

Hospitalists provide am coverage at our local hospital, admissions, daily care during this time frame. No coverage in the pm so admission first face to face visit takes place next am during coverage. Orders etc take place via the phone with nursing between coverage.

Patient goes home the same day as the first face to face visit with the patient day 2. What can be charged?
