CPT® and hcpcs??

I am confused how to code a debridement of multiple mycotic toenails with addtional foam forefoot removable pads due to chronic metatarsalgia, bilateral?? My whole class is trying how to figure the CPT® and hcpcs code to this?? Please, I need help...Thanks
