Hello,

Procedure below was coded as 33208, 76000, 36005, and 75820-26

76000 is bundled into 75820 and 36005 is bundled into 33208....so shouldn't this be coded with only 33208 and 75820-26?

PROCEDURE PERFORMED:
Implantation of a permanent dual-chamber pacemaker
Injection venography with interpretation
Fluoroscopy

If the patient would have had symptomology to indicate a stenosis, (such as a swollen arm) venography may be reported separately. Per the Heart Rhythm Society, code 75820 is not used for venography performed to determine vein patency. Code only 33208
