Colonoscopy through stoma for Medicare patient

This is a Medicare patient who's preprocedure dx: Special screening for colon cancer with a history of colon cancer.
Postprocedure dx: Diverticulosis
Procedure: Colonoscopy
Patient has a colostomy in which the colonscope ws inserted into the colostomy and advanced to the level of the cecum. Patient had no polyps, masses, bleeding, inflammation. Did have diverticular disease in descending colon near colostomy. Other than this, no abnormal findings.
Here's question:
I would code this as 44388 - DX V76.51, 562.10, V10.05
The hospital has coded it as G0105 - same dx codes.
I need some clarification on this as to why this would not be coded with 44388...
Thanks...

re: Colonoscopy through stoma for Medicare patient

Your preprocedure diagnosis is screening and the patient having a history of colon cancer puts them in the high risk category.
