influenza virus vaccine

i am looking for a code for an adult influenza virus vaccine that contains preservative. This would replace 90658- Commercial insurance carriers. I know the Medicare codes changed to the Q codes. But we were unsure if the 90658 could still be used with commercial carriers?

There is about 5 different flu vaccine that are Q codes. The main Q code WE use at our facility is Q2038. I checked with our pharmary to see which flu vaccine we use but if you like a listing of the shots with the codes on them, the website is www.capturebilling.com/2011 medicare flu shots
