J3301

My clearinghouse Navicure won't let my J3301 codes pass thru to the insurance companies. Is it because we do not have the NDC numbet listed? we only use kennelog in the injection using the J code/ does any have the correct NDC number for kennelog/ our system is saying that it needs to be 11 digits long and the NDC on the box is 10

Here is the format to change 10 digit number to 11 digit

If the package numbers are 4-4-2 you would add a zero in front
example: 9999-9999-99 change to 09999-9999-99

If the package numbers are 5-3-2 you would add a zero in the middle
example: 99999-999-99 change to 99999-0999-99

If the package numbers are 5-4-1 you would add a zero at the end
example: 99999-9999-9 change to 99999-9999-09
