fluoroscopic guidance CPT® code 77003 with 62310

For 2015 did CMS bundle these 2 codes together? I had read in the proposed rule that they were going to include fee expense for 77003 into 62310.

According to AMA Codemanager, the CCI edits states they are not bundled. However, it is bundled with CPT® 77001 and 77002.

That is correct AMA is not bundling the codes but CMS is so, it will depend on the payer.
