Diagnosis code for Administration of Pt's own medication

A patient presented with her own Depo-Provera to be injected. Our nurse gave her the injection. What diagnosis code do I use along with procedure code of 90471?

90471 is for vaccine administration. It should be a 96372 which is injection administration. If the pt didnt see a provider, then you only bill for the admin code.

Thanks Shannon. Will do, however, my billing system requires a diagnosis code be entered. What would I use?
