Global Days for Simple repairs

Could someone tell me if the global period for minor repairs ranging in the 12001-12021 codes of the CPT® book no longer have a 10 day global.

I work for a Urgent Care facility and we do a lot of these types of repairs and the patients come back to us to have the sutures remove w/in the 10 days and my physicians are charging 99213-99214 to remove them. I knew that MCR was talking about eliminating global days for surgery and was wondering if this has gone into effect.

Just an FYI, you can find this information on the CMS website, MPFS. They all have 0 global days, except 12020 and 12021 have 10 day global.
