Texas Medicaid is not paying for procedure 90715 with diagnosis V06.1 or V06.5 for invalid diagnosis. What am I doing wrong? The patient is over 20 years old. ive also tried V70.0. Please help.

I am not sure on Texas, but in Michigan, medicaid will not pay immunizations for an adult. We refer the patients to their local health department.
