upper arm AV fistula bleed

I was told I should use CPT® 36832 for the case below. I'm not sold on this code for the case. I was thinking more in the lines of a simple repair code.

When the patient was intubated and stabilized, the 5-0 Prolene stitches were used to stop and secure the bleeding fistula. Once this was done, the Dermabond was applied and when it dried down, half-inch Steri-Strips were applied.
Please let me know which way I should go with this . Thank You
