90961 by two different providers

Hello Everyone

I have a question, We billed 90961 for our doctor but Medicare of TX denied the claim as they have paid this service to other doctor. Now what can i do?
should i billed another code or should we appeal with medical documentation?
Can more than one physician bill 90961 in a month for the same patient?

Please HELP!
