IV Iron
We normally charge J1756 with 96365 when administering venofer in the office. If we have to stop the infusion before it is completed how should we code to reflect that? Thank you.

Modifier 53 is discontinued procedure, but I'm not sure it would be necessary.

I don't think the modifer is necessary either. Just bill for the infusion time as documented.
