Appeal denial

I billed cpt code 26525 (Capsulectomy; interphalangeal joint) with cpt code 26445
(Tenolysis, extensor tendon of finger; ea tendon) and BSIL denied 26445 as being bundled within the primary procedure. According to AAOS guidelines, these two procedures may be billed seperately and I mailed explanation to them along with copy of AAOS guidelines and they are still denying appeal. How would I appeal this again if they do not accept AAOS rules?
