CPT 28293 Keller McBride, or Mayo type procedure w resection of jt w implant

I need some help with coding CPT 28293. This will be for Hospital side of coding. I am being told by the sales staff of the "Hemicap" that we can not code a HCPCS code C1776 with this procedure for the implant when this procedure is preformed. I feel we can code it because the description describes the complexity of the surgery by refering to the use of the implant but it does not include the implant. Any thoughts would be greatley appreciated.
