90461 Immunization Administration & Counseling via any route <18yrs

We are having a hard time coming up with a fee for this new CPT® code for 2011. In 2010 we were using 90466 $47.00 billed as only one unit...now with this new change, we are required to bill 90461 as multiple units. Any suggestions how to determine this fee?
