Can I count status post condition as a point?

Maybe. if they are "treating it"....or if it is a resolved condition. For example a f/u for otitis media, that is now resolved, or if the pt is s/p a hip replacement and is there for a related follow up. But if they are just mentioning it as a point of history and it has no bearing on the visit, then I wouldn't count it.
