CPT® code for closed treatment of distal radial fracture w/o manipulation, with review of x-rays

If an orthopedist reviews x-rays and then applies the cast for a closed treatment of the distal radius, do I need a modifier to the CPT® code of 25600 for the reading of the x-rays?
