Uds

Novitas is the new Medicare adm for our state. Prior to prescribing pain/drug med to patient, Dr performs a UDS on the patient. Sinced Novitas have taken over, we have not been paid for this tests making it the patient responsibility. The diagnosis code used to bill for is V58.69. Could there be another way/diagnosis we can use?
