papillary serous cystadenoma of ovary

Would you use 236.2 or 220 for this?

ovarian cyst: cystadenoma (benign) (serous) (220)
Diagnosis Code 236.2-- Neoplasm of uncertain behavior of ovary.
One is benign, the other "uncertain behavior".
Depends on your documentation and the pathology report.

re: papillary serous cystadenoma of ovary

The path report is as follows--Specimen A: Left ovarian cyst, cystectomy:Papillary serous cystadenoma.

Sections from specimen A show ovarian tissue with a multilocular cystic structure which is lined by predominantly a single layer of epithelium which shows a ciliated border focally. No malignant or borderline changes are noted in the cyst epithelium. In some areas the ciliated epithelium shows mild pseudostratification and no signs of cytologic atypia. In other areas the epithelium resembles transitional type epithelium.

It sounds more like 220 but I wanted an opinion of someone else.
