can 41530 done by a Pulmonoligist

Hi Can a pulmonary Dr. bill and be paid for 41530 dx codes of 327.23 and 474.11 done in the dr's office. I know its an ENT code but unsure if it's payable

There is nothing in CPT® or coding policy that would prevent a pulmonlogist from billing 41530. It would be payable unless there was something in the state scope of practice that did not allow a pulmonologist to do the work, but that would not likely be the case.
