It really depends on the health plan. Each health plan has their own reimbursement policies. We have had to do some research and trial-by-error to determine how each health plan reimburses.

The breast and pelvic can be coded with S0610, S0612 or G0101. The pap coded as Q0091. We don't perform the well woman on the same day as a preventive medicine visit because most health plans will bundle the well woman into the preventive medicine visit.
