CPT® for total elbow arthroplasty revision - bushing only

Hello,

I'm trying to figure out how to code for total elbow arthroplasty revision in which only the bushing (the linkage between the humeral and ulnar components) was replaced. The only codes I can find are for replacing the humeral and/or ulnar component.
