IV hydration versus infusion

In the ER the pt recieves normal saline and added to the bag of NS are Folic Acid, MVI, Thiamine and the administration of this is 1 hour. Is this considered hydration (CPT 96360) or an infusion (CPT 96365)?

Same question as above, but now Potassium is added at 40meq/hr. Still hydration or infusion?
