Anal/rectal polyp 569.0 vs anal/rectal polyp 211.4

Can anyone tell me the specific difference between these two codes, when you would use them in a colonoscopy?
Is it more common to use the 569.0 until you get the path report? 211.3 is used for all colon polyp diagnosis but we struggle (internally) to differentiate between 569.0 and 211.4 prior to obtaining a path report.
any insight will be appreciated.
