CPT® help I+D cyst

Hello, In ED MD has done I+D infected secaceous cyst thoracic area, packed. Yes he incised + drained + also 'portion of the wall was removed'. Upon query he states he removed 3mm cyst wall on each side. He calls this an I/T/D. I am not familiar w/ this acronym + am not having much luck w/ research.

Is this best coded as 10061? Thank you for any suggestions.
