Old perineal tear/revision

Help Please. We have a patient that is close to her delivery date. She was referred by her midwife to our OB/GYN because she has been experiencing pain and discomfort from an old perineal laceration/wound from her last delivery over two years ago. She would like this repaired after she delivers. I am finding CPT® code 12042 for the revision/repair but I am stuck on the ICD10 O90.1 is a code from the pregnancy, childbirth, and puerperium. This repair is of an old wound. O70.1 is also not for an old laceration. What code would be used for an old laceration? So thankful to anyone that can help.
