Open umbilical hernia repair is 49585 for ages 5 & up, 49580 for younger than 5 yrs. Incarcerated under 5 yrs is 49582 and incarcerated 5 & up is 49587. Lap umbilical hernia is 49652 and lap incarcerated 49653. Hope this helps.
