peds general surgery help

2 mo old has infected urachal cyst. Physician explored the umbilical wound, deep cavity and converted to laparoscopic procedure. It was mobilized and excised. the bladder dome was imbricated with PDS. The umbilicus was reconstructed. Incision was closed over a vessel loop because of infected field.
I am thinking 10061 for wound exploration? 14000 for umbilicoplasty? and I am wondering how to code for the lap resection urachal cyst? 49250 doesn't seem accurate? 49329? for unlisted?
Any Help is Appreciated tremendously!

Look at 51500 for the excisiono f urachal cyst.
The surgeon converted a laparotomy to a laparoscopic procedure?? sounds backwards.
