Kidney tumor removal

My surgeon is removing 2 tumors in the kidney one anterior then he flips the kidney and removes one postierior was then removed this was done laprascopic with the Robot. He wants to bill it as 2 50543-22 nephrectomy partial. I am unsure what to do because I do not think its allowed.
any suggestions?
