Hi,

I have apatient that has come in for a follow up for

Hip surgery done on 12/18/2012
Humerus fracture - 06/20/13

Can I code 2 aftercare codes or followup codes or just one.

Not sure how I do this. Here is how I was going to do it

V54.81, V43.54 - Hip
V54.89 - Fx
