keep getting denial on 78452-26 with 93016 and 93018

is any one getting denial and is there a solution?

78452 26 means the physician is interpretation only . 93016 physician is supervising only and then 93018 physician is tracing only.. so is your physician present when these test are being done? or not.. I am no expert in your field but these codes don't seem right together.
