Pt Evaluated in Lobby

Help please with the following situation. New patient passed out in our lobby, physician did an exam and the patient was transported to the Emergency Room. How should the office bill? No ROS or PFSH has been documented and the HPI was pt collapsed in the lobby. Any suggestions would be appreciated or point me in the direction of guidelines.
