Plastic and Recon. Flaps

Pt presents with malignant lesion L medial canthus. Dr did 2hr procedure requiring 2 flaps 67916 and 15630 (normally not coded at the same time) also 14060. This is the way Dr. has coded this surgery. Question, can this fly?
