Middle Fossa Craniotomy with excision of SSCCD

My physician performed a Middle fossa craniotomy with excision of the superior semicircular canal dehiscense..........normal approach is thru the middle fossa, however, my physician used the SSCCD approach. I am not able to locate a CPT® code for this, nor can I find an "unlisted" code..........

any suggestions
