2015 Medicare codes for drug screening

I'm confused on the urine drug screen codes for Medicare. The codes changed this year & when I tried to bill G6056-QW for a urine drug screen for opiates, it was denied. We do these on patients who are prescribed meds for chronic pain.
Any help on this is greatly appreciated!
