Ultrasound guided placement of IUD

I am wondering how to code when a physician uses ultrasound guidedance to place and IUD? Can I bill the IUD insertion along with the ultrasoud? and what ultra sound CPT® code would I use?

Code 76830, “ultrasound, transvaginal,” with V25.42 ACOG: Performance of an ultrasound to check IUD placement is not bundled into the IUD insertion (code 58300). But, keep in mind it is not a common practice to use ultrasound to confirm placement. Therefore, this would not be routinely billed. According to the ACOG Practice Bulletin, Number 59, “Intrauterine Device”, ultrasonography may be used to confirm the location of the IUD when the physician incurs a difficult IUD placement (e.g., severe pain, uterine perforation, etc.).
