82270/82272/g0101

I need help, when a patient comes in for a physical can we charge for a rectal exam? I had been told in the past to use 82270 for physicals and 82272 if patient is having a problem such as rectal bleeding. Now it seems that is incorrect. Which are the appropiate codes to use in these occasions, or are we allowed to charge at all, also what is the difference between eg:82272/82270 and the G0101 for males. Please help Thanks, Terry
