V65.5-Worried Well

Would it be appropriate to code V65.5 for a visit where the patient came in because the mother feared small testes, but the physician did not find anything? The chief complaint was documented as small testes, and in the assessment and plan he documented "worried well". Documentation indicates a normal exam on the child.

I would say V65.5 would be appropriate...but good luck trying to get the carrier to pay!
