C2623-drug coated catheter for fem/pop angioplasty

Does anyone know anything about this code? Medicare's allowable for it? Are hospitals only, allowed to charge for it? We have an interventional radiology practice that has just started using these catheters and just found out that they are reimbursable, but never billed one before.
