Hello- I have am wondering if we are able to use the allergy section in a consult note as the allergy/immune section on the ROS? For example...


Allergies- No known drug allergy

Can this be used for the Allergic/Immune section on the ROS?

I typically call this past medical history. There's nothing that specific in the guidelines, so it's auditor judgment.
