EGD with removal of blood clots

The Doctor did an EGD on the patient for hematemesis. When he got in there was so much blood and clots that he could not see much. He inserted a 2channel therapeutic scope wtih special suction device to remove the blood clots. He repeated the EGD the next day to further evaluate for bleeding. Would I code this as EGD with removal of foreign body?
