Nursing Facility Charges and Hospital Charges

I need some help to clarify if a doctor see's a patinet in a hospital or nursing home Whene the claim is billed out from the office with the correct place of service can you use the doctors location on the claim and not the facility address?

If you are Billing for a provider who attend a Hospital and Nursing home for
his patients. When billing for these patients your billing software should be set with the "place of service " for the above facilities along with each others address where services were rendered. I have a small Billing Company and one of my Doctors attends Hosptial and Nursing Home and we always get paid....
